Abstract :

A study of Factors affecting operational efficiency of academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management Its purpose is to 1) to study the level of operational efficiency of academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management 2) to study internal factors that affect operational efficiency. of academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management 3) to study work motivation factors that affect the work efficiency of academic support personnel. College of Innovation and Management. The data was collected from a sample of 27 people using a questionnaire and then the obtained data were analyzed by multiple regression. The research results found that Performance level of academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management at a high level by the amount of work has the highest average, followed by quality of work. and time, results of comparing the performance of academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management Classified by personal factors, it was found that academic support personnel College of Innovation and Management with gender, age, highest level of education Personnel type working period and monthly income are different There is a level of operational efficiency. Not significantly different in consciousness at the 0.001 level. including structural aspects Management style and abilities and finally found Work motivation factors that affect the performance of personnel Statistically significant at the 0.001 level includes being accepted and respected. Responsibility in work and career advancement
