This research is the use of results from operations that have summarized problems and suggestions to develop a more efficient system. In this research The objectives are 1) to develop a classroom booking system through the online system and 2) to study the satisfaction of service users with booking classrooms through the online system of the College of Innovation and Management. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
